Marketing and Implementation Strategy

The Company’s management will utilize a comprehensive promotional campaign to drive awareness within the local medical and social services community.

Marketing to referring doctors, nurses, etc., as well as internet marketing, and other methods, will be used. These are further explained below:

Referrals

The strongest marketing channel is hospital referrals in the five-county area, ensuring a steady stream of patients for The Build-Together project. Clients pre-screened by doctors provide all intake information before initial interviews. With clients located at local hospitals, timing difficulties are avoided, leading to increased efficiency.

MARKETING COLLATERAL

The Company has developed attractive product brochures, flyers, and business cards. The Build-Together project also uses direct mail, sending its marketing collateral to a list of roughly 1,000 case managers, nurses, and doctors in the Portland and five-county area.

INTERNET ADVERTISING

The Company dedicates part of its marketing budget to strategic internet marketing, including search engine optimization (SEO). SEO aims to enhance website traffic quality and volume through search engines organically. It also targets various types of searches like image, local, and industry-specific vertical search engines.
