Clients pre-screened by doctors provide all intake information before initial interviews. With clients located at local hospitals, timing difficulties are avoided, leading to increased efficiency.

The Foundation has developed attractive product brochures , flyers, and business cards.The Build-Together project also uses direct mail, sending its marketing collateral to a list of roughly 1,000 case managers , nurses, and doctors in the Portland and five-country area.
The project dedicates part of its marketing budget to strategic internet marketing, including search engine optimization (SEO). SEO aims to enhance website traffic quality and volume through search engines organically. It also targets various types of searches like image, local, and industry-specific vertical search engines.
