Our focus is on improving the quality of life for children with physical disabilities by promoting access to care, health services, and an inclusive ecosystem where every child can thrive with dignity.
In addition, we provide educational support for orphans, ensuring they have the opportunity to learn, grow, and build a hopeful future. We actively work to combat hunger by feeding vulnerable children and families, recognizing that nutrition is essential for health, development, and stability.
We are also dedicated to empowering adolescent girls, facilitating their safe and confident transition from adolescence into adulthood through guidance, life-skills development, and supportive programs. Through compassion, collaboration, and long-term impact strategies, we strive to create stronger, healthier, and more inclusive communities.

Our Vision
Is to create an inclusive ecosystem that provides equal opportunities and promotes a fulfilled life free from discrimination, initially focusing in USA and Cameroon, the project plan to design and implement a model to effectively address the long term needs of physical disabled kids, orphans and vulnerable families, with the ultimate goal of expanding to some African countries such as Ivory Coast, Benin, Congo, Togo, Senegal, Gabon. The mission of Build-Together Project is to design and implement sustainable solutions that address the long-term needs of children with disabilities, fostering their independence, self-worth, and socio-economic integration. We strive to create an inclusive ecosystem that provides comprehensive support, vocational training, educating, enabling children with disabilities to leave fulfilling lives, pursue their dreams, and contribute meaningfully to their communities.
Meet Our Founder
Where there is a need, I aspire to be a response
From my earliest childhood, I have always carried within me a deep, instinctive love for people and for domestic animals. Yet, despite constant presence, tireless efforts, and boundless generosity, I was often met with rejection from relatives, friends, even from those to whom I gave without ever expecting anything in return. Gratitude was rare. I grew up alongside a mother who is hard of hearing brilliant and dynamic yet whose disability often hindered her fulfillment, particularly in demanding contexts such as civil service examinations.
Even today, despite the weight of the years, she remains a strong, resilient, and admirable woman. One of my sons was diagnosed with autism in early childhood. I experienced, by his side, the challenges of school integration. But by the grace of God, things evolved: the signs disappeared, diagnoses changed, and hope prevailed.
These life experiences have shaped me. They nurtured a deep conviction: there are so many people in this world who need only a caring look, a helping hand, a loving presence in order to flourish. It was this conviction that led me to create Build Together in 2023. I have seen lives transformed by a simple act of kindness. I have understood that happiness often lies in the simplest things. I have learned that good is never lost, and that every seed planted with love, faith, and patience eventually bears fruit. I have realized that love knows no barriers, no prejudice, no limits.
Today, Build Together works with faith and commitment for the inclusion of children with disabilities, orphans, and vulnerable people through concrete actions: guidance and support, education, social integration, as well as spiritual and material assistance. Because alone we go faster, but together we go further, we believe it is possible to build a society where every human being, regardless of their condition, can find their place with dignity and without discrimination.

Why I Joined Build-Together
I am Dr. Biloa Messi Bernadette, a member of the Build-Together association. I joined this project driven by the deep conviction that lasting change stems from inclusion, dignity, and collective action.
I chose to get involved with Build-Together because of its profoundly human and inclusive vision. The association takes concrete action to combat exclusion and promote the autonomy of people with disabilities, particularly through training, skills development, and support for active participation in society.
The project's strength, its grassroots presence, and its commitment to generating a lasting impact reinforced my commitment. Joining Build-Together means contributing to a dynamic of social transformation based on cooperation, dignity, and working together.

I am committed to Build Together because, when I face a child living with a disability, I do not see a limitation; I see a life that deserves just as much light as any other. My motivation comes from a deep refusal to remain indifferent and from a sensitivity that always draws me toward humanity. Each time I reach out a hand, I realize that I am not the one who gives the most; it is these children who teach me strength, patience, and gratitude. Their smiles, even when fragile, remind me of what it truly means to be human. What I invest my time, my energy, my resources is not a sacrifice; it is a way of staying true to my values and of showing my own children that the world does not change through grand speeches, but through small gestures repeated with love.
